Credentials: Social Worker
Education: Master’s of Social Work at Columbia University, Psychedelic Therapy Training Program
My approach to therapy is a blend of humanistic psychology, psychodynamic, Internal Family System (IFS) and somatic experiencing. I work with individuals who seek therapy for a variety of reasons, and specialize working those who want support post psychedelic journey.
Together, we can gently explore experiences that may feel “stuck”, unresolved or taboo, bringing them enough compassion and understanding so that they can transform to what may serve you better.

In psychedelic-assisted therapy (PAT), there is a belief that everyone has an inner healing wisdom — an innate, internal capacity for repair, restoration, and emotional well-being. But sometimes, painful events in life cloud it.
Psychedelic journeys can help you reconnect to this wisdom. Perhaps, allow it to reunite you with your most important values, or to seek refuge and find calmness when challenges occur. Though this form of therapy is not a magic bullet, it’s been a life saver for many of us who were madly hurting.
My training and passion have prepared me to accompany people through some of life's most profound periods of growth and transformation. As a clinician specialized in this modality, I offer support in integrating the insights that emerge from psychedelic experience — helping you translate those moments into lasting shifts in relationships, health, work, and spiritual life.

I honor the rich complexity of our queer experience. Through an intersectionality lens, I seek to understand your multiple truths and the system that you live in, so that you can truly feel seen and fulfilled in our work.

As a descendant of the American War in Vietnam, I feel in my bones the lingering violence and resilience of generations before me. This lived inheritance shape my commitment to supporting people who are navigating generational burdens, C-PTSD symptoms and marginalized identities.
Quoting my favorite poet“Even when the truth isn’t hopeful, the telling of it is.”
